The Monterey Platform Bed takes only a mattress and no boxspring. It is space efficient and beautifully crafted of solid Vermont Cherry. The design is inspired by the Arts and Crafts movement and the bed, nightstands, dressers, and chests are all crafted out of solid American Cherry are made to order in four finishes that compliment natural beauty of the wood grain. One must see it in person to appreciate its beautiful design and fine craftsmanship.
The Monterey Platform Bed Collection is made in Vermont by Copeland Furniture, a family owned business started in the 1970's out of the ecology movement.
