Our non-coil mattress from Serta's Vera Wang Collection is made with a 100% all natural nine inch latex rubber core and organic cotton cover. The mattress overall is approximately 90% all natural.

In general, mattress with more but smaller coils adjust better to the shape of your body while adding strength and support. Non-coil latex rubber mattress provide the finest support, however, because it shapes to your body continuously, rather than the adjustment being determined to a large extent by the width of the coil.

This mattress, like so many of Serta's other mattresses, provides you with a very familiar cozy feel, and lots of long lasting support, but what is exceptional about this mattress, iis that--it is our personal experience--that one wakes up energized from such a healthy night's sleep.
