| All warranties on our merchandise are those solely of our manufacturers. And although we offer no extended warranties, we do work closely with our suppliers to service any issues that happen to arise. We carry products only from manufacturers with the highest commitment to standing behind their products.
Please be aware that we offer no refund or exchange of mattresses once the mattress has been delivered and our delivery guys have left the premises. Generally, special order mattresses such as king sizes or custom sizes may not be cancelled. In most cases, a mattress can be cancelled with a simple phone call to us before the delivery. Please be aware that we offer no comfort guarantee except on Tempur-Pedic mattresses which have a 90-day manufacturer comfort guarantee with a full mattress refund less $300 shipping fee and less the retail price of all promotional free items thrown in. Each manufacturer specifies the duration of its own warranty: Simmons and Serta Perfect Sleepers are 10 years, Tempur-Pedic and Serta Perfect Day are 20 years. A new mattress can be replaced in approximately two weeks once all of the manufacturer required materials have been submitted. Please DO NOT remove the law label tag. If the law label tag is missing, the warranty is null and void. Any stains or soiled markings also void out the warranty, so we strongly encourage you to purchase a moisture proof breathable mattress cover. Tempur-Pedic handles its own warranty claims directly with the customer. Beds and bedroom furniture are warranted up to a year of purchase for defects with proof of purchase and are either repaired or replaced upon the manufacturer's direction.
